Account Information
- Email address and password (hashed) when you create an account
Usage Data
- Watchlist tickers you save
- Filter preferences you set
- App usage analytics (screens viewed, features used)
Financial Data We Display
- SEC Form 4 insider trading filings (public data)
- Congressional financial disclosures (public data)
- We do NOT access your brokerage accounts, bank accounts, or personal financial data
How We Use Your Information
- Provide and improve the App's functionality
- Send push notifications matching your filter preferences (if enabled)
- Process subscription payments via Apple/Google (we never see your payment details)
Data Storage & Security
- Account data stored on encrypted servers (Render.com)
- Passwords are hashed using bcrypt
- JWT tokens for session authentication
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties
Third-Party Services
- Apple App Store / Google Play — subscription billing
- RevenueCat — subscription management
- Expo — push notification delivery
- SEC EDGAR — public filing data
- Quiver Quantitative — public congressional trade data
Your Rights
- Delete your account at any time via Settings
- Export your data upon request
- Opt out of push notifications at any time
Data Retention
- Account data retained while your account is active
- Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request
- Signal data older than 90 days is automatically purged
Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of changes.
