By downloading or using The Inside Track ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

The Inside Track aggregates publicly available SEC Form 4 insider trading filings and Congressional financial disclosures into a mobile application. The App provides:

• Real-time insider purchase and sale signals
• Congressional stock trade tracking
• Customizable watchlists and filters
• AI-powered signal analysis (Pro subscribers)

Subscriptions

• Free Tier: Limited to 3 signals per day with 24-hour delay
• Pro Tier ($2.99/month): Unlimited real-time signals, AI insights, push notifications, and advanced filters
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings
• No refunds for partial billing periods

Data Accuracy

• We source data from SEC EDGAR and public congressional disclosure portals
• While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee completeness or timeliness
• Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors
• Always verify information through official sources before making decisions

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the App's data or code
• Share your account credentials
• Use automated tools to access the App

Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and AI-generated insights are property of The Inside Track. Public financial data displayed in the App remains in the public domain.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, The Inside Track SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FINANCIAL LOSSES FROM INVESTMENT DECISIONS.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
